Data we process

• •Booking (phone, e-mail): name, phone number, optionally e-mail and reason for the visit.
• •Intake form at the clinic: contact details and health information necessary for safe treatment.
• •Website visit: anonymous statistical data (Google Analytics) – only with consent.

Legal basis and purpose

• •Performance of a contract – booking and providing the service.
• •Legitimate interest – records of the care provided and treatment safety.
• •Consent – analytics cookies and third-party content on the website.
• •Health data is processed only to the extent necessary for safe treatment and is not shared with third parties.

Retention period

Contact and health data from the intake form is kept for the duration of care and afterwards for the period necessary to defend legal claims. Google Analytics statistical data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.

Your rights

• •Right of access to your data and to a copy of it.
• •Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• •Right to erasure where there is no longer a reason for processing.
• •Right to restriction of processing and the right to object.
